Blue Ride is for professional drivers. You accept the trips you want, navigate in the app, and see what the day earned. We review your documents before the first trip.

Upload these in the driver application. Operations approves or asks for a clearer copy. You cannot accept trips until the set is approved.

A shift, in order
- Go online in the city you are approved for.
- See a request with pickup, destination, and the fare.
- Accept, navigate to the rider, start the trip, end the trip.
- The earning lands in your driver balance, with the day’s total visible.
How you are paid
- Trip earnings after Blue Ride’s commission.
- Tips, shown separately from the fare.
- Bonuses, peak incentives, and referral earnings when those programs are on.
- Withdrawals to mobile money or a bank account. Instant withdrawal is the target; the first city will state the actual timing before you drive.
What the driver app is for
Heat maps show where requests are gathering. A driver score reflects acceptance, completion, and ratings. Support sits inside the app so a problem on a trip has a ticket, not only a phone call. Training is short and specific: the app, the pickup standard, and what to do when a rider uses SOS.
Fuel discounts, loans, and vehicle leasing are later programs. They are not required to join, and they are not promised in the first city.
